The Valley Catholic Drama Department presents “If They Could Talk” and “Once Upon a Zoom” – two virtual one – act comedies, one evening of hilarity!
“If They Could Talk” by Kendra Thomas follows Taylor, a girl having a tough day. Her day goes from hard to bizarre when she discovers that her cat and dog can talk! They’re not the only ones; Taylor goes on to discover that there are many household items with very particular opinions that they are able to express!
Ava is a student who needs to complete a group project with her classmates virtually. When they refuse to step up and do their fair share, she is Zoom-bombed by some surprising characters! She discovers some important lessons “Once Upon A Zoom,” written by Edith Weiss.
Students will perform both one-acts via livestream on November 12-15. Performances are November 12-14 at 7 p.m., and November 15 at 2 p.m. Tickets are free, but you must register in order to be a part of the audience. Space is limited. Donations are welcome!
