December is a busy time for Valley Catholic Middle School. Here are some upcoming events to consider as students and staff prepare for Christmas:
Christmas Concerts
We are excited to announce that our Christmas concerts will be held in-person on Sunday, Dec. 12. To meet COVID-19 social distancing requirements, each student performing in these concerts will receive two tickets for in-person guests. All others are invited to watch the performance via livestream. A link to the livestream will be shared with families at a later date.
Sunday, December 12 – Performance times:
- 3:30 p.m. – MS Choir (Choir Director: Mrs. Kelliann Wright)
- 5:00 p.m. – MS Band (Band Director: Mr. Nick Fisher)
- 6:30 p.m. – Orchestra (Orchestra Director: Mr. Travis Hatton)
Food Drive
Valley Catholic’s annual Christmas food drive is in full swing. The food drive is a combined service project between Valley Catholic High and Middle Schools. Each MS and HS homeroom adopts families, for which they provide food for several meals including Christmas dinner, as well as gifts for family members. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, our partner agency, LifeWorks NW, will be assembling and delivering the food baskets again this year. Deliveries will be made on Friday, Dec. 17, 2021.
