Dear Music School Families:

Valley Catholic Music School welcomes everyone back to a new school year.  We have had a busy and productive summer teaching lessons online.  Many instructors have had Zoom recitals and continue to work with students to guide them in growing in their musical ability.  We want everyone to know we are still here, working harder than ever, to ensure your student receives quality online instruction.  For those of you who may feel tentative about registering for music lessons; please give us a try.  Music lessons can be very successful in an online platform and our instructors are skilled in bringing out the best in their students, no matter the format.  Students continue to have opportunities to perform publicly via Zoom recitals, which provide a wonderful avenue for students to share their hard work with others.  We look forward to seeing our returning students and hope to meet some new friends along the way!

Last spring, Valley Catholic Music School students were invited to audition for our annual music school scholarships. Scholarships were awarded to five elementary and five middle school students in the amount of $150 each, and four high school students received $200 awards. Thank you to all students who participated in our scholarship program.

Online registration is open now, and we will continue to accept new and returning students throughout the school year.

Please contact Beckie Hocker, Director of VC Music School at [email protected] for more information.

because rhythm and harmony find their way into the inward places of the soul.”
